Exchange / Refund Policy

Diffusers - You may return any diffusers for any reason  within 14 days of your date of purchase, or the date you receive the diffuser, whichever is later, for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping.

The diffuser must be unused and still in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.

Oils - You may return any of our oils for any reason within 14 days of your date of purchase, or the date you receive the oil, whichever is later, for a refund as long as the oil bottle is sealed and unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping.

Unfortunately, once the seal is broken or the oil bottle is opened, the sale is final.

Promotion/Discount/Sale Items - All promotional items, discounted items and sale items are final sale. This includes flash sales, monthly subscription items and promotional offers.

Shipping - Customer will be responsible for all costs relating to shipping any product back to us. Please make sure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all cords, adaptors, bottles, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

How to Return an Item

To return an item to Scents 305 , please send back the product in original packaging. Remember, it is your responsibility to pack the product safely. Using trackable shipping is highly recommended, as Scents 305 is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once the product has been received and has passed inspection, please allow 14 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process the refund or exchange, whichever the case may be.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
